Junior Related Work:

During my Junior year we worked on multiple different projects that taught me how to do things that I would need to do in the future. One of these projects was the Business plan project during my related class. It taught me how to make a business plan for a new business. I decided to revive Blockbuster as part of my business plan.

For my business plan I had to work on multiple different parts of structuring a business. I had to organize the job hierarchy, plan what my advertising strategy would be, set up the jobs available with information about pay and salary, make a sick day policy, and more. This taught me the effort and perseverance that you will need to make and run a business.

I struggled a bunch during this project because of how daunting it was. One example of what I struggled with was the job structures and descriptions. The struggle of this taught me on how I would need to overcome and push through to succeed. This project helped me grow and be more of a knowledgeable person in the world.
