Sophomore Shop Work:
Reflection
During this year we worked on multiple projects and concepts in the shop. We learned more about web design and also learned about how to program with Javascript. I loved how my gallery project for web design and how cool and useful my steganography code for programming were.
Our gallery project was to help us learn about grids and how to use them. The hardest part was some of the ways we needed to align the items. The end result was my favorite part because of how good the site looked like. It was a very fun and informative project that taught me the right way to use grids.
The code was hard to get right for this project. The grids and image aligns kept on being off and not centering the images. With this problem I had to think outside of the box to fix it. I managed to fix it slowly after showing me to never give up while solving problems.
Some real world applications of this is that it could be good for an artist to show off their work. It also could be used to help simplify some other code I created in the past. This project helped me improve my skills as a programmer.
Reflection

Our steganography project was to help us learn how to modify images and how to use them. The hardest part was definitely changing the images colors. It was very challenging but I managed to do an amazing job. My favorite part was just testing the code because I got to have fun with it. This project was a very good learning experience and challenge to me.
The project helped me realize that images and graphics are programmed on a binary or other sort of scale for their colors. This project was very good at making me fully understand how images are coded on computers. It opened my eyes to more possibilities in the future.
